No Recourse to Public Funds Training
All of my training can now be booked as a face-to-face course (subject to COVID-19 safety measures) and virtually over the Zoom platform.
If a person has a residence permit that allows them to live in the UK, it may include the condition that they have no recourse to public funds. If this is the case, it means they will not be able to claim most benefits, tax credits or housing assistance that are paid by the state. However, there are exceptions for some benefits and public funds include a range of benefits that are given to people on a low income, as well as housing support.
I can provide training to health and social care professionals who require a deeper understanding of public funds and the circumstances whereby a person is not permitted to access public funds. This can also affect social service support that a person might otherwise be entitled to.
As a qualified trainer and Expert Witness, I can provide high quality training to local authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups, care homes and residential schools.
Depending upon your requirements, I can provide this training at any level (managers or practitioners) over a half day or full day training. I don’t provide open courses which enables me to design a bespoke training package to your exact requirements at a venue that suits you. If you prefer, I can adapt this course to be delivered virtually over a live Zoom session. I charge a fixed fee, so it doesn’t matter whether you have 5 or 20 people that require training.
